After reading the summary, I understand the premise. This book will be filled with examples of stories of Awareness, Acknowledgment, Activation, and Acceptance, all designed to persuade the reader to adopt the author’s viewpoint. There are countless books of this kind. Those who have read even one know there’s a vast difference between knowing the path and walking it, especially given that the theory is right.
