Our frequency assisted products feature several music composition techniques used to assist in facilitating meditative states including binaural beat frequencies, tempo deceleration, sound frequency harmonics, and hemisphere cross talk. In addition, some of our FAM (frequency assisted meditation) tracks feature elements of a sacred sound design technique referred to by Asa as Achromancy, where geometric and architectural structures are incorporated into the music.

The Frequency Assisted Meditation sessions listed below are designed using brainwave entrainment technology, assisting listeners in entering into states of meditation where healing, consciousness evolution and deep change more readily occur. The tracks “Cathedral” and “Thunder in the Cathedral” are designed as an awakening prologue to some of the stronger entrainment programs, including the Solfeggio Mirrors, as well as other tracks featured on this site.

For those who have little or no experience with brainwave entrainment audio sessions, these two tracks in particular, serve as an introductory level, helping to gently activate the neural network connections that allow the brain to process the more subtle audio signals imbedded in to the music, thereby engaging and strengthening the frequency following response. Listening to these two tracks prior to delving into our other tracks can significantly increase their efficacy. Please enjoy with stereo headphones.
