  Do you have these filed ordered sequentially, rather than alphabetically? The current organization makes following the dialogue impossible. This is a great book, and appreciate your work. If you could post it in sequential order, it would be most helpful. Thank you.

  @nexus54, I sequentially arranged the files by comparing each file name to each heading using a downloaded PDF version of the book from OceanofPDF.com. From there I organized them numerically and placed them into a program called audiobookbinder, where I created a single .m4b audiobook file. It was an arduous task, but worth it.
