OK I have never eaten dog, but I have smelled it cooking.
To pretend that our attitude to which meat is edible and which is not is purely a social construct, is disingenuous.

cows are so awesome. Im a meat eater. But wow do i love chilling with cows. if you meditate in a field with cows they will come join you and meditate with you. they are incredibly awesome creatures. But they do taste soooo good. its hard not to eat them.

Dog is actually very tasty. Had it Bali years back, even went back to the place we were served it (against advice) for another go at it. Horses for courses I suppose…And yes, horse is tasty too.

I agree we need to vastly improve the way we raise animals for meat. But the idea of trying to get rid of meat will destroy humans health and pretty much bring us to extinction.
