‘A LEADING anthropologist has slammed the paleo diet, claiming cavemen would have eaten whatever they could get their hands on.
Ken Sayers, a human evolution expert from Georgia State University, says early human diets depended on which foods offered the highest energy for the lowest effort.
He says the paleo regimen is oversimplified, since diet would have varied from place to place, and cavemen would have gladly eaten paleo’s banned foods, including legumes, grains and gluten.’

Seriously retards. Figure it out. Sugar is poison. Carbs turn into sugar. This isn’t rocket science. You’re the same tards that thought fat was bad for you and now deny the obvious. I suggest you eat 20 times a day like your told and make sure that it’s low fat and high carb and BTW keep fattening up until you die or realize the truth. In the meantime, STFU.

Cardiac scans of 4,000 year old mummies and finding EUREKA!!! heart disease demonstrates that early agricultural societies were susceptible to it, too, probably for the same reasons the keto and paleo kids suggest. The paleolithic ended with the Pleistocene, 10,000 years ago.
No one’s suggesting we eat like ancient Egyptians.
